Returns will be accepted for exchange or online credit only if received within 10 days of delivery. We must be notified via email before items will be accepted for return. Items MUST be returned in original condition with tags intact. Items will not be accepted for return if they have been soiled or laundered or exude a smoke or pet smell. ALL returns must be accompanied by the order form with reason for return indicated. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected items. As a safety precaution, we recommend shipping with delivery confirmation and/or insurance.
Exchange:
1. Select an item to exchange from our online stores, within 10 days of having received original purchase.
Send an e-mail to support@purses123.com with the following information: Item you want to exchange for, your name, phone number, and original order number. If you want the exchange item to be sent to a different address then please provided that along with the other information.
Refund:
1. Since all items are closely inspected prior to shipping, refunds are only permitted for items that have been damaged during shipping or the first 10 days of use. Send
